International Clean Energy Exports Initiative:
The Energy Independence and Security Act 2007 created several programs aimed at facilitating the deployment of clean energy technologies in world markets. Two of those provisions, Section 916 authorizing the "Deployment of International Clean & Efficient Energy Technologies and Investment in Global Energy Markets" and the formation of the International Clean Energy Foundation, are important instruments in achieving ICE Alliance goals.
