ICE-Alliance Mission:
"To foster a competitive environment for clean energy technology options"

The ICE Alliance was formed in 2008 to accelerate the international deployment of clean energy technologies and to spur global investment in clean energy markets. This includes supporting implementation of the provisions in the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007, programs undertaken by the Administration of the international marketplace, and initiatives undertaken in Washington to achieve the overall goal of Clean Energy project deployment.
